All reservations are confirmed only after receiving the required booking deposit/payment.
2. Non-Refundable Booking Money
The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
3. Cancellation by Guest
If a guest cancels the reservation at any time, the booking amount will not be refunded.
4. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a No-Show, and the booking amount will be fully charged and non-refundable.
5. Date Change (If Available)
In some cases, guests may request a date change at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to room availability and management approval.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
2. Valid Identification
Guests must provide a valid passport or ID at the time of check-in.
3. Maximum Occupancy
Each room allows the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
4. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, or hotel property during their stay.
5. Noise Policy
To ensure comfort for all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
7. Hotel Rights
Paris Holiday Abashon reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations in case of policy violations.
